After announcing a partnership with Ankr, the company building an infrastructure platform and marketplace for Web3-stack deployment, in June, we are pleased to report that Nervos Network Nodes are now live!
The integration with Ankr means that the hosting and running of Nervos nodes has been made that much easier. Users can now run a Nervos Node via Ankr’s platform and node operators have all the needed features to run a Validator at maximum capacity in an intuitive and easy-to-set-up environment that can be paid for in cryptocurrency.
Making it Easier
Part of Ankr’s vision is customized node deployment and API solutions with a strong focus on user experience. The team wants to drastically lower the entry barrier for everyday people, enterprises and developers who want to contribute to the blockchain ecosystem.
Ankr and Nervos have jointly built a state-of-the-art node with the express purpose of making it easier than ever for clients to run a Nervos node via the Ankr platform. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface of the Ankr platform is aimed at technical and non-technical node operators alike.
Users can now easily host and run Nervos nodes on Layer 1 and Layer 2 via Ankr’s platform and Developer API. Together, the platform and API provide the needed features to run a validator node at maximum capacity in an intuitive and easy-to-set-up environment that can be paid for in cryptocurrency.
Additionally, Nervos developers can use Ankr’s Developer API to create a private HTTPS or websocket endpoint to run their own nodes on Layer 2. Both regular full nodes and archive nodes (historical data) are supported.
This out-of-the-box-solution provides another step in our direction of making crypto and blockchain accessible for all.
